‘As an OT, our traditional education / training background and knowledge base lack certain concepts, approach and perspective in treating and evaluating our clients. The information material provided in this course supplements that knowledge and tools I need t o implement in my practice setting and the conditions that I treat.’ – Occupational Therapist | Huntsville, AL – Sep 2019

‘I loved that this course provided me with more tools and a new approach for therapeutic exercise. It is so common that exercises are progressed too quickly simply because there are no steps or modifications in between. I feel as through this course was exactly that for me and It gave me unique and challenging ways to progress and regress therapeutic exercise to make the most of our patients time during PT and at home. I LOVE that one exercise can work 3 different things and where home exercise programs are short to promote compliance you can really get a lot of bang for your buck. In the last week I have already used these exercises on my friends as well as patients in my schools probono clinic and have had such a great response.’ – Student Physical Therapist | MW1 Huntsville AL | Sep 2019

‘An interest in an area that I did not know much about and I am willing to learn new ideas for rehabbing patients. I thought this was a very well done course. I have taken over 50 courses in 25 years of practicing and this was one of the best. It was well paced and the information is very relevant to my patient population. The course certainly emphasized some techniques I was using from other avenues and gave me some more interesting approaches to managing patients. I felt great both physically and mentally after the course which is not always the case. The presenter did an exceptional job.’ – Physical Therapist and Clinic owner | Portland ME – March 2019

‘This course was incredible! I am a third year DPT student, so attending a continuing education course seemed intimidating at first, however I had such a great experience! The presenter was amazing and really took the time to make sure everyone fully understood each concept prior to moving on with material. There was a perfect combination of lecture and practical work, and I felt ready to incorporate Pilates in my therapeutic exercise programs for my patients in my schools probono clinic as well as on my final clinical experience after completing the course. I learned so many details that will positively impact my future practice as a physical therapist.’ – Student Physical Therapist | MW1 Huntsville AL | Sep 2019

‘This was the first CEU course that I feel I can immediately put into use in the clinic. The exercise portion really tied everything together—we weren’t just learning what to work to reduce pain, we learned how to work it the most effective way.’ – Physical Therapist | MW1 Huntsville AL | Sep 2018

I have had Pilates in Rehab Con Ed before but never were the exercises presented in such a functionally relevant way as the manner in which the presenter explained and demonstrated them. The baseline of knowledge I had entering the class was weak and thin compared to how solid and deep it was at the end of the second day. Not only do I understand better how to improve function and decrease pain in my patients, but also how to get myself healthier and, more importantly, how to maintain that level of strength and wellness.– Physical Therapist | Albany, CA – Sep 2018

‘I feel like I took a lot away from this course that I can apply right away in the clinic. Cues for appropriate activation of specific muscle groups, assessment of dysfunction, and how to treat were all thoroughly covered and made very applicable to daily practice.’ – Physical Therapist | Minneapolis, MN – Jun 2018

‘I left this course feeling much more confident about my neuromuscular re-education and therapeutic exercise skills. I now have more knowledge of many of the exercises I use on a regular basis. Having the various modification to each exercise is essential. I can now apply my new techniques to not only treatment but assessments. My patients will be very pleased with my learning.’ – Physical Therapist | Wilmington, MA Jun 2018

‘The course was very informative with layers of information and detail. I feel as though I can apply every principle and many exercises to all of my patients.’ – Physical Therapist | Wilmington, MA Jun 2018

‘Great foundations and strategies that I know will help me improve the fundamentals of movement and positioning with my patients. The small class size gave us the opportunity to get lots of hands on practice and personal feedback in a relaxed environment.’  – Physical Therapist | Wilmington, MA Jun 2018

‘I liked how the exercises were broken down with clear progressions and variations.’ – Physical Therapist | Wilmington, MA Jun 2018

‘I learned a lot about Pilates and how to use it in my practice’ – Physical Therapist | Los Gatos, CA Jun 2018

‘Great detecting for pelvic floor and balancing muscle groups.’ Los Gatos, CA Jun 2018

‘I can immediately apply it to my patient population.’ – Physical Therapist | Los Gatos, CA Jun 2018

‘I was able to apply my new gained knowledge right away! The presenter was very knowledgeable and passionate about the subject matter and made this course a very pleasant and fun learning experience!!!’ – Physical Therapist | Dallas, TX Apr 2018

‘A lot of good information and technique to incorporate into my practice as a PT’ – Physical Therapist | Dallas, TX Apr 2018

‘Lots of useful new skills, alignment techniques and cues that are very useful in my clinical practice.’ – Physical Therapist | Dallas, TX Apr 2018

‘Learned much more in-depth about technique, cueing and modifying exercises than in all my 15 years of practice’ – Physical Therapist | San Francisco, CA Mar 2018

‘I learned a lot and have already started applying to patient care’ – Physical Therapist | Boston, MA Mar 2018

‘It helped me look for subtle corrections in exercises I already use and gave me another perspective about incorporating breathing.’ – Physical Therapist | Torrance, CA Oct 2017

‘I learned a lot and challenged my way of thinking, teaching, and cuing.’ – Physical Therapist | Cupertino, CA July 2017

‘I liked how applicable the exercises are to a general orthopedic patient population.’ – Physical Therapist | Cupertino, CA July 2017

‘I learned how to modify known exercises for my patient base and how Pilates has changed since the last time I regularly took a class.’ – Physical Therapist | Cupertino, CA July 2017

‘I learned so much about myself and movement by taking this course, which will help me with understanding what my patients feel when I’m teaching them proper exercise techniques.’ – Physical Therapist | Torrance, CA July 2017

‘I leaned not only a lot of new skills to carry over into my practice, but I also learned a lot about my own personal strengths and weaknesses.’ – Physical Therapist | Torrance, CA July 2017 ‘Lots of variations to modify and challenge exercises’ Torrance, CA July 2017

‘I learned a totally different approach to working with all patients, not just back pain but a range of diagnoses and whole body treatments and testing. Very useful.’ – Physical Therapist | MW1 – Boston, MA July 2017

‘I loved this course. I will be able to apply the information immediately to to my clinical practice. It is great that it is sculpted to help the average physical therapy patient.’ – Physical Therapist | MW1 – Palo Alto, CA Apr 2017

‘One of more informative courses I’ve taken in my 22 years of practice as it relates to relative and practical strategies that can be brought back to the clinic .’ – Physical Therapist | MW1 – Palo Alto, CA Apr 2017

‘I cannot quantify the amount I learned but I can predict that every future patient I have will benefit from the knowledge I gained in the past 2 days.’ – Physical Therapist | MW1 – Fort Worth, Mar 2017

‘I learned so much in this course. It made me rethink how I have been approaching my treatment of patient, particularly those with low back pain.’ – Physical Therapist | MW1 – Fort Worth, Mar 2017

‘I enjoyed the continuous focus on clinical reasoning, ways to change exercises for certain compensation patterns, and research base behind the development of the exercises for a patient level.’ – Physical Therapist | MW1 – Minneapolis, Mar 2017

“I enjoyed the online course, it was new and different, yet I felt supported in my learning during it as if it was a normal face to face course! The presenter was exceptional in her teaching and explaining everything. She gave constant great feedback and made the whole experience really engaging! The whole Zoom online set up was brilliant. I had never used it previously so was a bit nervous it might fail half way through, however everything went so smoothly and the presenter did a brilliant job demonstrating and explaining and teaching us everything!”
