HealthyHIIT is the most unique, intense, and motivational high intensity program. The HealthyHIIT Certification program ensures that those same amazing benefits of the HIIT physiology are achieved, but with correct form and function by incorporating appropriate rest periods and Pilates exercises to balance the program.
What is Healthy HIIT?
- High-intensity training (HIT) or High Intensity Interval training (HIIT), is an enhanced form of training for increased metabolic changes.
- An exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods.
- Usual HIIT sessions may vary from 4–30 minutes.
- These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning
HealthyHIIT is a series of 6 classes, each lasting just 30 minutes that works you hard, but teaches you correct technique to ensure you complete the workout in the right way.
HIIT (High Intensity Training) is a great concept, and the physiology behind it is fascinating. However, many people completing HIIT programs do so with very poor technique, and work at a level that their bodies may not be capable of.
In fully this online program you will be introduced to the concept of Healthy HIIT and learn the 6 essential moves that form the benchmark of the classes. You will then go on to experience the first 2 classes of the series and have the chance to progress to become some of the first Healthy HIIT® trainers in the US!
âś“APPI’s HealthyHIIT Certification program ensures that those same amazing benefits of the HIIT physiology are achieved, but with correct form and function.
✓Incorporating appropriate rest periods and Pilates exercises to balance the program; all the movements are based on existing Pilates movements but taken to an entirely new level.
✓Using various small equipment to mix up the challenge and target different areas of the body, the Healthy HIIT program is on its way to changing the face of Pilates!
