Pilates & Small Equipment – Online
This online seminar is designed to add variety and challenge to your Pilates programs by incorporating the Pilates Circle and Foam Roller. The Pilates Circle is a small resistance ring that can be used to engage the global muscles when progressing your programs and classes and will add a strength and endurance component to your Pilates teaching. The Foam Roller, like the Circle, is a versatile piece of equipment which will enable you to incorporate balance, coordination and sequenced movement patterns into your rehabilitation program. Both pieces of equipment are useful adjuncts to any rehabilitation program.
Following this online course you will be able to:
- Incorporate balance, co-ordination and sequenced movement patterns into your rehabilitation program
- Use beginner through to advanced stretching, mobility and proprioception exercises
