“I have a much better idea of how to structure a class that flows from warm up, to body to cool down. I think my class teaching and private Pilates instruction will be much more fluid as a result.” —Elizabeth P., 2022

“Misty is laid back and patient and a great teacher. Loved practicing developing courses and teaching them and discussing case studies.  I think I will continue to use the reformer to treat patients AND I will feel more confident in developing group classes going forward.”  — Rachel D., 2022

“The online streaming course works really well on the whole. Misty’s new camera set up was really helpful to give a better/alternate view whilst she and her model demonstrated the exercises. The break out rooms work really well.”  —Clare A., 2022

“I have been able to directly implement some of the new exercise and modifications today in my first day back in clinic.”  —Gabrielle W., 2022

“Now that I’ve taken this course I really feel like I would be able to provide almost a full clinical appointment session for many patient populations we see, exclusively using Pilates and have the clinical reasoning to justify the exercise choices.” –Sarah B., 2022
