You will to introduced to a comprehensive approach that includes stretching, fascial remodeling, strengthening, neural re-patterning, and relaxation. Stretching is a much misunderstood category of exercise prescription and rehabilitation management. This in-depth seminar reviews all the elements of stretching available to a rehab professional and allows you to understand how to clinically reason a choice of stretch type for a client. The concept of therapeutic stretching will be reviewed and taught in a way that will make significant changes in client’s movement patterns.

After viewing this online course you will be required to pass a short multiple choice test. The pass mark for this test is 80%.
