In order to complete this course you will need to:
- Watch the online course video and download the accompanying manual (link at the bottom of this page)
- Complete the associated test for this course – this should only be started once the video has been watched in full
- Complete the self reflection questions – a link to fill in the self-reflection questions can be found at the bottom of this page.
- Complete your feedback for the course and submit to APPI – a link to fill in the feedback form can be found at the bottom of this page.
Once you have completed the above steps a certificate of completion will be emailed out to you.

Following completion of the video there will be a short multiple choice test which will test your knowledge of the course content. The pass mark for this test is 80%.

Course Feedback & Self Reflection

Once your feedback is received a certificate of completion will be emailed out to you within 2 weeks.
