Elisa is one of the worlds foremost experts on Physiotherapy based Pilates programs and Dance Medicine. Elisa is a published author, international speaker and co-creator of the APPI Method. Elisa has been the head Physiotherapist for the APPI’s contract with the English National Ballet for over 10 years and has worked as the lead Physiotherapist for Dance Medicine and Pilates services at the Victorian College of the arts, Royal Ballet School, English National Ballet, London Studio Centre and much more. An expert on dance related injuries and Pilates programs for the elite dancer. Elisa is the clinical lead for the APPI’s Dance Medicine Services and Education worldwide.
Greg Greene
President and Co-Founder of Global Healthcare Education, Greg has an extensive background in healthcare continuing education. Prior to Global Healthcare Education, he served as President of Cross Country Education from April 2004 to April 2016. Cross Country Education, located in Nashville, TN is one of the country’s largest providers of live continuing education seminars. Greg served as a Chief Operating Officer from January to April 2004, and Controller from August 2002 to January 2004. Under Greg’s leadership, CCE presented more than 5,000 one-day seminars across the country annually.
Greg has a comprehensive background in accounting and finance. Prior to joining Cross Country Education, Mr. Greene was controller for ING Financial Services RE-Insurance Group.
Greg earned is BBA in Accounting and Information Systems from Belmont University, Nashville, TN. He earned his MBA from The Massey Business School at Belmont University in Nashville, TN.
Away from work, Greg is an avid golfer and Harley rider. He is a proud husband and father, with two sons and two grandchildren.

Glenn Withers is the co-founder of APPI Healthgroup and an award winning physiotherapist. Glenn was awarded the prestigious APA development scholarship in 2000 for international study into physiotherapy advancement. This research lead to Glenn co-creating the APPI Rehabilitation Pilates method whereby research, evidence and clinical reasoning are linked to each and every movement.
A published author, international presenter and educator, Glenn is responsible for some of the largest developments in the combination of physiotherapy and pilates in healthcare. Glenn’s bestselling book, Back to Life with APPI Pilates has become an essential part of any exercise library. Glenn has been featured frequently in the national press, in additional to being published in many industry journals. Glenn is also Chair of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Exercise Therapy, a government advisor to the health and leisure industry, a level 4 REPS technical expert in exercise delivery and has a regular monthly column in Running Fitness Magazine. Glenn currently holds the positions of clinical director of APPI’s health centres, in addition to being the resident director of education for APPI Education. As part of his clinical role Glenn consults too many professional athletes, teams and organisations, as well as being one of London’s leading clinicians in the management of Back and Pelvic pain.
Over the years Glenn has worked with Tottenham Hotspur FC , Manchester United FC, Arsenal FC, Brentford FC, English National Ballet, British Winter Sports Program, English Institute of Sport, Collingwood Magpies Professional Australian Rules Football team, Professional Tennis players from the ATP circuit, Victorian State Netball League and many more. Glenn’s many achievements lead him to be nominated as Physiotherapist of the year in 2010.
Outside of work Glenn is a proud husband and father to 5 beautiful children. A keen triathlete, Glenn has competed in all distances from sprint triathlon to Ironman. In 2014 Glenn was a team member for the British National Team (Age Group) for the ETU long distance triathlon championships.
